The construction of the new Blue and white base was carried out in two stages — since 2003 (the first stone was laid on June 23) until 2005 and from 2007 (November) to 2008. The opening took place on May 14, 2008.
The area of the base is 6 hectares. The players have 3 football fields at their disposal (two with natural turf and one artificial). All of them are equipped with drainage, heating system, lighting, allowing you to train in the evening.
The area of the hotel and sports complex is 24 thousand square meters. These are 70 rooms designed to accommodate 150 people, which allows you to accommodate four teams – the main, youth and two senior groups of the school. In addition to residential rooms for football players from the boarding school, classes for training are provided. The rooms of the players and staff are equipped with satellite TV and Wi-Fi.
There are also two restaurants, a medical center, a rehabilitation center, 2 saunas, a Turkish bath, 2 swimming pools. The special pride of the base is the medical center, whose equipment allows you to conduct accurate analyses, tests of football players and, based on the data obtained, prepare individual plans for the training of football players.
Guests of the Novogorsk-Dynamo base can always use the services of a gym, an indoor arena, five locker rooms, a conference room, a billiard room, and a library. An underground parking lot for 50 cars has been prepared for cars. In addition, football players can always compete on two sports grounds in such sports as volleyball, basketball, tennis and handball.
